We drove 1800kms in 3 days to attend the OKA camp out at the base of Mt Wollumbin. Tiring as this may sound, I am overflowing with energy.

My soul has been recharged. THANK YOU for creating this sacred gathering. You have truly taught me the power of connection. To the sacred land, to our roots, to each other, to our hearts. I vow to honour this connection through each moment of my life. Every interaction, every transaction, every event that arises is an opportunity to practice.

Waking up to the sound of the ocean was incredible. Waking up in the rainforest was incredible. Waking up in Marrickville at 4.30am is INCREDIBLE. Life is filled with beauty. Open your heart. WAKE UP
